5.1 Paid Course Purchases
WeMillionaires offers paid online courses and other digital learning content through its learning management system (LMS). These purchases may be one-time payments or part of a subscription bundle.
5.2 Refunds Based on Course Consumption (30% Threshold)
You may request a refund for a purchased course or digital learning product if:
- You make the refund request within 14 calendar days of purchase; and
- You have consumed less than 30% of the course or digital content, as determined by the platform’s tracking (for example, lessons completed, videos watched, quizzes taken, or similar metrics).
5.3 No Refunds After 30% Consumed
Once the platform indicates that you have consumed 30% or more of any course or digital content:

7.1 Original Payment Method
Approved refunds will normally be processed back to your original payment method (for example, the same credit card or bank account that was used for the purchase), unless:
- The payment processor does not support refunds to that method; or
- The refund window with the payment processor has expired; or
- WeMillionaires, in its discretion, issues a platform credit instead.
7.2 Processing Time
Once a refund is approved by WeMillionaires:

WeMillionaires operates a commission and residual income system (generally 75% member / 10% upline / 15% platform on qualifying sales). If a member purchase is refunded (in whole or in part):
- Any associated commissions, bonuses, or residual income may be reversed, offset, or clawed back; and
- WeMillionaires may deduct such amounts from your future commission payments or other sums owed to you.

You and WeMillionaires agree that any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to this Refund Policy or your use of the platform shall be instituted exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the District of Columbia, United States of America.
You hereby irrevocably:
- Submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts; and
- Waive any objection based on improper venue or inconvenient forum.
